Once wine is delivered by us to the courier, it is covered by the couriers' insurance, and will be replaced if broken in transit.
In the unlikely event of a faulty wine, re-cork the bottle and contact us. We will replace faulty wine, but may want to retrieve the bottle to identify the problem.
Creditcards & Payments
We do not directly collect any information regarding your payment other than the price; all payments are handled externally from this website via "DPS", using a secure (HTTPS) service called Payment Express.
All security pertaining to the payment is handled by their secure servers. This ensures that no sensitive or additional personal data is sent to us and that the payment process is fully PCI DSS compliant. Find out more about DPS here.
